New patient visits $425

             Review Detailed patient history & cover every organ system. New patient appointments typically last approximately 1 hour, sometimes lasting longer, depending on the patient's need (patient is billed accordingly for the time).

Follow-up $225 

                Review Lab results, monitor progress, develop a strategy for care, typical appointment is 30 minutes. If the patient needs more than 30 minutes, they will be billed accordingly. 

 

 

Insurance Billing

As a courtesy, all visits can be submitted to your insurance via a super-bill. Please request this at time of service. 

Insurance reimbursements are based on your plan.

No Insurance is accepted for payment.
